Unpaid UIF - Maternity Benefits

April 2022 I made a maternity benefit claim while on unpaid materniy leave (I have twin girls). I visited a physical branch in Bellville - WC and made my claim. After a month and two weeks I was told one document was incorrect. I was now in the EC and was told I was not allowed to replace a document in another province. I went the online route which did not yield results. I then emailed them and had to start the whole claim afresh. They stopped replying after some time. I emailed them again and they made me start afresh with the claim. After going forth and back, I did not get my hard earned money. I am still in debt and have not recovered from the debts I made during the time because life had to go on.
