Unpaid UIF maternity benefits

I've app**** for my uif maternity benefits in the Dept.of labour Secunda was to told to wait for 6 weeks off which I did then when I went back the lady who help me told me my claim was approved I should wait for the SMS then come back to sign,but I didn't reciece any SMS I then went back only to find out that my bank form wasn't captured along with my uif papers then the lady took it saying she'll scan it but still I haven't got nothing.<br> <br> I've tried by all means to get help but nothing has come my way besides stress from this thing because I'm forever looking at my phone for that SMS just evertime an SMS comesd through but nothing from the department,I've ran out of money going down there & the worse part is I don't even have money to pay for rent or even to put my child to day care since I have to go back to work,because this money was gonna be my source of income.<br> <br> I'm just disappointed on how this is supposed to help people but end up bring pain,misery & more stress,why create something which is meant to help people but end up just putting them through hell.I'm just disappointed on how this is just fooling us around
