Unpaid UIF (Matenity benefit)

Hello Peter, I went to the Department of Labour in KwaMhlanga on the 30th October to sign the documents for my claim. The payout was expected within 10 working days which was the 13th November. Since the money was not paid I went to their offices on the 16th to check he status of my claim, I got there spoke to the lady by the name of Thembi and she told me that according to their information on their system, the money was stop. Then she let me sign the document again so that she can contact the Witbank branch and investigate. On thursday the 19th I received an sms informing me that the claim was processed and I must expect the payment within 7-10 working days. Yesterday I called their offices to check again but was told that the system was not working, the lady took my details and promised to call me back but she never did. Today I called again and was told that their system is not working and I still don't have my money. This kind of service is not acceptable.
