Unpaid Uif funds

I've app**** for UIF in August 2025, application was approved on the 1st of September 2025. I went to Atteridgeville labour center seven times already. Still haven't received any payment after three times of payment requests submitted, all three request still showing as submitted. Why did I contribute all these years but now have to struggle to receive funds? Their services are really dissipoiting and very poor. Isabel Els ***
