UNPAID UIF CLAIMS - DELAYED PAYMENT

I have submitted ALL my documents at the Goodwood Satellite office in Cape Town. After calling the call center a week later they advised that there is no record of any money that would be paid out to me.

According to the Department of Labour website, it states that the first payment would be within 3 - 5 working days, after ALL documents has been verified and submitted.

Since then I have not received any confirmation on when my first payment would be. I'm currently unemployed and single father of 3 children who need to be fed and taken care of.

I need this matter to be look into urgently.
