unpaid uif claim

On the 01 June 2015 I claimed my uif and till today I have not been paid, I got an SMS on the 03 July 2015 confirming the finalization of payment and signed for my second authorization form but have not received even a cent and when I try to call the call center no one picks up the phone, I call almost everyday and hold for hours and have been to the department more than 5 times and the answer I always get is they are processing my claim. If the gorvement is failing to pay the claims why keep on taking money from the the employers which we also contribute as employees monthly. This is *****.<br>
