Unpaid UIF claim

My 65 year old father has since August 2014 claimed for UIF after he was on pension. He has been send from pillar to post and nothing has been happening with claim. It has been 7 months since he made claim and the only response he gets when he visits the vanderbijlpark branch is that his claim is delayed by the Germiston branch. The service you providing to the poor people is really pathetic, I don't understand why must it really take this long for a person to be paid for something they had contributed for and are entitled to.
