unpaid uif but shown paid

hi i haven't received my uif in April tried a number of ways to contact the offices ,call centers and sent emails .this is unexceptionable we have to obey lock down regulations and at the same time fight for money that ours every person who have been registered for unemployment fund while working has paid from they pockets .hence this money dose not belong to anyone else but that individual not even government .our land lords still demand full rent we still need to pay for lights and water ,food ect
