Unpaid UIF Benefits - Payments 4 months in arrears

I was Retrenched at the end of April 2015 and thereafter app**** for UIF Benefits.<br> <br> App**** for UIF Benefits via U-Filing on 2015-08-25.<br> <br> I have been completing continuation every month since then.<br> <br> I have been struggling ever since, not having received any UIF Payment up until now.<br> <br> Twice I have submitted my Bank Details via the attached UI-2.8 Form to UIF Offices in Benoni.<br> <br> I seems that they have in-putted my Bank Details incorrectly for the 2nd time.<br> <br> Instead of Nedbank Account, they have indicated Old Mutual Bank. <br> <br> 3 x Payments were initiated on 2015/09/07 and 2015/09/08 respectively, but to the wrong bank account i.e Old Mutual Bank. Payments cancelled thereafter.<br> <br> I find this very strange, as the payments for my Domestic Worker was paid from my correct Nedbank Account.<br> <br> I again visited the Benoni UIF Branch for the 3rd time, on 2015/09/09, and completed the change of banking details UI-2.8 as well as UI 49 - Application for Re-Issue of Payment form, which I was told would be couriered to Germiston.<br> <br> \Update Bank Details"- Complete"
