Unpaid uif

My name is Mr J from Gauteng.O app**** for uif and since paid twice .I went to sign in February but told to check/paid after 10 days. Nothing has materialised. I went there was told paymaster is on leave .Again went there was told about budget.Went there told to be paid after April 7.Up untill now . Randfontein labour department.
