UNPAID UIF

I filed my claim in April still to day I have not been paid. I have been to the Sandton/Mablrho branch more that 5 times. Some days they chase you away at 9:45 and they say they are done for the day. I was also told that they are not here to NURSE MY FILLINGS when the employee was rude to us. The call center is also clueless of what is happening. When you call the always tell you to go to the branch. Noone has a clue of what is going on there. You are too quick to take the money from us but when it is time to pay us, you make it as if we are taking money from your pockets. The service is DISGUSTING.
