Unpaid UIF

good day my Name is Andrew Cumming Id number *** i had a back operation in April 12th 2022 and i was unable to work for 3 months . I submitted my UIF documents through department of labour Rustenburg on the 1st of May 2022 who failed to submit my documents through their head office . I then too it up on my self to submit through UFilling in August after waiting for almost 3 months without communication from Rustenburg Department of labour . till date i haven't received my UIF from the department everyday i call in and the call center tells me stories i am about to be evicted cause i owe 3 months rent i am unable to pay my kids school fees and my name is in the red cause of department of labour they have failed me and i am going to loose my home cause of the arears that i incured due to their delay . i dont have 14 working days and i will be sending an email to the minister of Labour Thembelani Nxisi if my query is not resolved by today
