UNPAID TERS FOR ALL STAFF FROM 2020

all staff at our company are still awaiting the ters payment from 2020. We were initially told that DEPT OF LABOUR does not pay into HBZ ACC. After over two years we got an answer that payment was made into HBZ acc on 27 Sept 2022. To date nothing is reflecting in our employers account. I am lost for words
