UNPAID TERS BENEFITS

Despite repeated emails and uploading of documents, TERS claims have still not been paid. One does not even get a response from them. All you get is an automated reply telling you HOW TO CLAIM!! TERS have paid one employee from a company (the last in) and will not pay for the other 2 - claiming they are not registered to the employer. Emailed proof has no effect whatsoever. TERS claims to have paid the employer MUCH MORE than has been received - my question is, what is happening to the balance of the money? SURELY there must be someone you can contact to look at these problems????
