Unpaid online UIF claim since the 5th of January 2021

Unpaid online UIF claim since the 5th of January 2021. I Have submitted my claim online on the 5th of January. I uploaded my documents in the end of January 2021. The status of my claim was changed to "Sent to accessor" in the start of March 2021. It is now 19 May. Numerous calls with waiting times up to 25 minutes before someone answers. Many of which tells you that the system is currently off and they will mail me an update as soon as the system is back on-line again. It just never happens. I paid UIF for 15 years every month, now that I need them they are full of excuses. Pathetic! If someone can advise me what to do, please contact me on ***.
