Unpaid maternity uif

Hello Peter i don't even know where to start with the poor service we get from Orlando west branch labour department I mean for a government office we expect more but no the service there will make you wonder if the staff knows why they were hired from the first place, I app**** for my maternity uif in July last year and I had to be running around like a headless chicken because apparently my papers were short which I was never been told about from the first time they confirmed that all is well I should expect my 1s payment soon , I gave birth in August and I only received my 1st payment on the 1st of December till today am still waiting for my 2nd payment which I had enquired about and every time am being told to except it after 3days apparently people who approves payments are the one's delaying because even when they check all my paperwork is in place but I don't understand why I haven't got my money yet as I speak my baby is 6months now wasn't this money supposed to had helped me during my maternity leave but am even back to work now I call them everyday sometimes they answer most of the days they don't please help Hello Peter I need my money.
