Unpaid Maternity Leave

I am Rochelle Mohlabane,Idnr.***,I apply in december for my maternity leave funds.I give all my papers to the consultant who submit it to head office.at the end of february I was informed that my ui19 is missing.my boss send the ui19 again.then in the second week they informed me that the ui2.7 is missing.my boss give it again.today I phone mr.Antonie Jobert who tells me that mr.Patrick who is working in the financial department informed him that the payouts is been stop because of the financial year. really i want someone must look into these poor work performance cause how can papers just dissapear.and how can people wait six months.and where is the supervisors or managers.you must waist money on transport for going up and down and still for nothing.
