Unpaid maternity claim

I made a claim to UIF in November 2014 and was told the payment will be made after six weeks but six weeks has long past and still I haven't got any payment. I was told by Ellias that the delay was in their regional office of which is in Germiston. To this day I haven't heard any response from Ellias after several attempts to contact him. I don't understand why labour can have such a bunch of *********** people, because there isn't even one person who's trying to resolve this claims.
