Unpaid Maternity benefits

I went to maternity leave end of February 2025 and I claimed UIF Maternity Benefits at Labour Department Germiston in March. After 2 weeks I received a payment of R400, when I went to sign they told me to return a month later. I went back on the 11th of April and I never received any other payment from there. I returned to work on the 1st of July and I still had not received any payment. I went to query on my payment and they told me that it had been finalized because I took time to follow up on the payment. they told me that they would reopen it and I would receive my payment in 10-15 days. I did not receive any payment in that period of time. I went back to query again only to find out that they did not change my claim status from the beginning, the lady that assisted me told me that they will reopen it again and I should wait 10-15 days again. Which I waited but still not receive any payment. I went again on October to query my claim status and i was told it was in the process of being reopened yet when I checked on my phone, it still said I have no active claim with them. I went back on the 3rd of November, they told me the sent the request to pay me, which was a lie it never happened. I went again today the 13th for the last time and the supervisor that changes the claim statuses said she would change it since she deals with cases like this. I am still waiting for an update. And it is not fair for me, my baby is turning 8 months on Sunday I still haven't receive any payment. Please help me resolve this issue.
