Unpaid Maternity benefits

I app**** for maternity benefits on the 29th of March 2023, case number ***, to date I have not received any payment.I emailed all documents needed and was confirmed that my documents are correct and received. When I call the consultants don't tell me anything different from what I can see on my profile, which makes me wonder what is their relevance then, they just tell me they are escalating the issue and I must call after a week, which I do but still don'tget anywhere or any changes. But months have passed and nothing has changed. I was recently told by a consultant to visit a labour center, which I did and I got there before 9am, only to be told that they have cut the line I must come back the following day at 6am, so I am supposed to go stand in the line at 6am with a newborn baby because people are not doing their job. This is very much draining, disheartening and pure inhumane. I have not been paid in over 2 months, I have a family to take care of, children to feed and take to school, including the newborn that needs baby formula and other necessities, I have bills to pay, right now I can't take care of my family, I can't even afford to put food on the table, they are making it look like I committed a sin by getting pregnant. I have been contributing UIF for years but now that I need to claim I'm being treated with such disgrace.
