Unpaid maternity benefit

I've app**** for Maternity benefits in December and it is now April while I thought UIF would pay out but my 4 months is coming to an end and no payments. I've followed up literally every week. If it's not a missing document I've sent, I'm promised payment will be sent the next week or the matter has been escalated or the supervisor will intervene. To top it all the salary schedule indicated that my employer is not paying any salary to my account. The status on Ufilling has been as it was since day of application. I'm not sure why they implemented this system because clearly they failing to manage it been waiting for correspondence from Jessica Ngwenya, Khanyisile Motloung, Busisiwe Ndlovu
