Unpaid funds

I submitted a continuation of payment in April but I was never paid.no one could give me an answer till now.on the 26th of June 2024 I submitted a claim but till today I have not been paid and everytime I enquire I am told my claim is awaiting payment.I called the helpline,sent emails to customer care and even went to the Pretoria offices but no one is willing to help,they all tell me the same story that I must wait 5 days but now it is about 3 months that I have been waiting and asking the same question and still getting the same answer that my claim is escalated to the paymaster.can anyone help me as to how to have this issue resolved?please
