UNPAID "CONSTRUCTIVE DISSMISAL" CLAIM

I lodged a claim since the 27th of July 2021 for "Constructive dissmisal" with all the documents they requested and till today I have not being paid, I call the call center every day and the consultants seem to be in the dark as they don't know what they are doing, imagine over 5 months without any income having to support my wife and daughter, some of the consultants hang up when I call, this Entity is full of heartless people they are very selfish and they are costing me emotionally and psychologically this is not a good thing to do at all why am I taken back and forth instead of being paid I HATE THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR AND ITS HEARTLESS EMPLOYEES.
