Unpaid Claims

I app**** for unemployment benefits on the 3rd June 2021. I submitted all the documents that they required as attached. In December, they requested a document from my previous employer explaining the name change, I also submitted the document. In February, they also requested a document explaining the address of the company, I also submitted that. Then I got a rejection email in February stating my claim was rejected because of an outstanding declaration/ salary schedule, whereas I submitted that document in July 2021 along with the necessary documents. I called again and I am told they have re-assessed, I should do a follow-up next week. I have been waiting and every time I call I am told my application is under assessment or escalated to the relevant department.
