Unpaid claims

Hope you are well. I wanted help from your office in trying to get my money from UIF..

I app**** for my UIF back on 3 June 2022 at Germiston branch's department of labour and I was informed that my ID number was used in ***** by one LIndelani Gumede who has since been convicted by Gauteng south high court. I was then told that I will only receive my money once the case has been finalized but it was finalized about 3 months ago but now there is no proper feedback as to why my claim is not paid.

I have been making followups up to this day and I'm told that my claim is still with their management but I don't understand why this is the case because the case that was holding my payment has been finalized by the court of law.

I am struggling to make ends meet while these people are holding my payment, I am asking you as a media house to help me get my payment from UIF.
