Department of Labour UIF Claims is a ****. This department is so useless including its call center agents. They are earning a salary but cannot provide a service to clients what they know is to apologies and apologies.

No turnaround time for claims. No feedback from the stupid assessor. No sense of urgency. *********** call center agents.

This country is such a joke it lacks management and leadership. Poor South African are dying of hunger. When someone at the Department is taking long to approve claims.
