Unpaid Claim for a year

Good Day I trust that this email finds you well. My father Ntuka Peter Mahuma has been coming to the Department of Labour in Rustenburg since last year. He is on retirement and he has been trying for the whole year now to have his UIF Claim paid out, to date nothing has happened. He never missed his UIF payments and for him to come and spend his whole day at the department, to be told when he gets to the front desk he must come the following month is unacceptable. It’s unfair that at this point no one can tell him what the problem is, they said to him today they will send his application to Mafikeng, did they not see the whole year they must send his documents to Mafikeng? Is this how we treat people, for a full year not a simple month was paid out.
