Unpaid Claim

Hi, i put on my claim on the 26th of March and was helped by some lady I really cant remember her name but was actually sweet, as she was done with my claim processing, she told me I would receive my payment or first payment within two to three weeks, fine I left and waited...

A whole month of April passed thinking okay maybe something might have happened or whatever, i then decided to go back to the Krugersdorp branch as that was were I put my claim from the on set, I went back late week on the 3rd or 4th and I was told I would get my first payment the latest this Tuesday, to which again no payment and no form of communication, which to me is crazy as I have children who also depends on this.

At least be truth about how long it takes for one to get their claims and not make people wait for a hope that is not even kept, there are families who really depend on this since most of us have lost our jobs.

If they could have said to process or even get my money it will take two to six months I would never make any of this a big deal, so if it is not such a big deal to the Department of labour UIF, it is to me as i have a family to feed..
