Unpaid Claim

I have been doing continuation of payments through Ufiling, from 15 December 2014 a claim has not been paid out and when I call to check they tell me the matter has been brought to Supervisor's attention. Its been almost 2 months now of no payments. I have days still available for payments but have been getting nowhere with this department.
