Unpaid benefits

I wish we were given an option to rate 0, because this people are useless, I have submitted my claim in June but till date haven't received any update for crying out loud, the only update that I get when calling in is that my application is with the assessors since from June waiting for my meternity benefits, wow I so hate working with unprofessional beings, and what irritates me the most is that I spoken to a so called SUP by the name of Thabiso, he promised that this issue will be escalated till today WooooooooooW UIF WooooooooooW
