Unhelpful department and staff

It been two weeks now trying to reset my password with no luck, i have called the call center so many time and they not helping, they said my account is locked and asked me to send id copy of which i did but still no one want to send me the temporary password and they quick to say they offline, i want to claim my money, you guys forget that we work so hard for this money, i want to sign for my second payment today!!!
