Unhelpful and Rude call centre agent

I am beyond diappointed in the level of service given by the call centre staff. I have been trying to call the centre for weeks now. Last week when I called the centre, I was simply told that the call centre will be closed for 2 days. How does this happen? No explanation, nothing, just we are closed.

Then I call yesterday, hold for 1 hour and get cut off. Today I can again and get the rudes person ever on the phone. I ask her to let me rate the service and she simply puts the phone down without letting me rate anything.

This is pathetic service. I am unemployed and rely on this money to pay my accounts. Please get your staff to act professional and to remember that they work in customer service, South Africa seem to have forgotten that. I can't believe this is the level of service we get in this country. It is simply unexceptionable.
