Unhappy with UIF claim progress

I retired end of Aug 2021. I submitted my UIF claim on 14 Sept 2021 - ref *** I never received any communication from the department. I had to call the Department frequenty, just to hear that my application is at the assessor This year July when I called, (after several calls deuring the past months) I was advised that I have to resubmit my application. I resubmitted my application on 19 July 2022. ref no ***. No acknowledgement of receipt, progress etc. I have to call each week on progress, still the same reply, it is at the assessor. Any way the somebody can assit to get my UIF refund after one year and one month? Latest ref no as below
