unhappy with service and delayed actions.

Since I am not working, I have claimed for my UIF and provided every single document that was required from me. The registration took place at the department of labour in Randburg. <br> This was in June already, I have not received any payments at all, everytime I go there to enquire I'm either told the system is down or I'm given a date to come back and check. This has been happening for well over 4months now, I am not happy at all, it's not not like going there to ask for a donation, that is my money that I have worked for. I don't understand how this is even a long step. We are told we will receive sms's, the only sms I ever received was confirmation that my application was received and that is it. <br> <br> And those lazy managers always lock themselves in their offices and only see people at their own time and we still get no assistance. I'm sick and tired now and I need my money, I have been to the Randburg department of labour 6times already, and I am not happy at all. Can this be resolved please.
