Unhappy uif claim

Good day hellopeter i am writing once again regarding my uif claim from October that was never paid till this day my concern is i don't see the reasons why uif has to be compulsory,and it might be better if it is administered by private sector have hence government is experiencing problems and failing to administer it,this should be opened for public discussions since well it a matter of employees and employers.thanks
