Unhappy taxpayer

I lodged a death claim of my late wife in September 2024.In February 2025 I receive an sms saying the money will be in my account within 7 days.After 7days there was no money in my account.I went back to Benoni labour centre where I app**** for death claim to find out what's happening.They told me wait for 3 months.After the said time there was nothing again in my account then I decided to email the deputy director of dept of labour about my query then he send me back to Benoni labour centre.At the centre they told me that all the death claim are at the office of deputy director and they're the one who are responsible for paying.Since then I emailed the deputy director with no success he is no longer answering my emails.Maybe you can advise me what to do .
