UNHAPPY TAX PAYER

I app**** for the UIF for Maternity end of January, I called to find out what is happening with the Application on the 06th of May and I was told, my Application does not show. I have been dealing with Pretty Lukhele, I sent her an email to find out why my application has not yet been processed, and she has not yet responded. The money for the UIF is supposed to help tax payers while on maternity leave, and needless to say, its been 3 Months and my application has not yet been processed.
