Unhappy

Very bad service i recieved from a call center agent named babalwa . She had no clue of how to assist was supposed to b paid on day 7 as per sms i received bt non payment wen i called babalwa was not even sympathetic to me she just told me il gt paid in 10 days their system works like that. I asked to b put thru the manger she told me her manager by the name of sizakele was busy i must call after an hour. Wat bad service.. url need to train ur agents.. after the call she ddnt put me thru to rate my service she just hung off ... bad service
