UNHAPPY

I want to know how is it possible for people that app**** in June already got paid but people that app**** in August haven't gotten paid yet? I have not had an income since forever,I have been to department numinous times and have been chatting on email with a lady called Jane,now shes not responding to my emails anymore. It just amazes me when i check on the portal it say i was paid in May and i didn't receive the funds,i was also told to wait for 35 days and im still waiting........
