Unhappy client

I app**** for maternity benefits last year around November before I gave birth I have been waiting since December was the worst for me becoz I had no money to spoil my new born bby I did follow ups regarding my application I got told that it has been sent to the assessor ..😡I have been calling the call center all they say is my application is still being accessed.i went to the department of labour the first week of January ND I was told to wait for 20 days what I dnt understand is that people who are applying this month are already getting money..what abt us that app**** since last year..the department of labour doesn't really care Abt us .how do they think we are surviving without incomes ..till now I m still waiting for funds...I went to the department of labour at Alexander their service was very poor even the way the staff talks to people they are very rude .I would like something to be done about this ..it's really not fair ..😔😔😔😔😔
