Unhappy client

I have been struggling for almost over a year and a half for my own UIF Maternity money. I started my application in December 2023. We in 2025 already and I am still struggling. Each and every time it's a different story there is just never a conclusion to this whole process. When I first went to there office in Somerset west I missed one document and they showed me how to do it online. So I did all that. To top it up I called them again on Tuesday 12February 2025 spoke with one of their consultants whom I then asked to speak to there Manager. I was then told the Manager is in a meeting and will call me back as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for that call. What's so frustrating is the fact that I have to fight to get my own money which are being deducted every month from my salary 🤦
