Unfit Supervisor

<p>I went to register for my UIF at the Dept of Labour Welkom on the 22 April 2016 and the guy at reception went through my papers with me and said everything is OK and I must go and sit on a chair somebody will help me soon. A lady called me and took my papers and start updating my file on the system and after a while she said she is finish everything looks good and gave me a card with a date 3 June 2016 on. She said I must come in that day to sign and my money will be paid in the next day and she is going to give me a new date for the following month I must come in. When I go to Dept of Labour on the 3 June 2016 a guy help me and after he opened my file on the system he said that the lady who helped me on the 22 April 2016 messed up and I had to go to her supervisor so he can help me, he pointed me to the supervisor. When I go to the supervisor ( big white guy) what a nightmare this guy got no human relation, very rude and do not want to listen to what I got to say. I must get all those papers again and took it to him so he can see if he can help me, I try to find out where is my papers I gave to that lady( she is on matrinty leave) but he do not want to listen to anything I tried to say or ask him. I also noticed that there is somebody elses UI-19 on the system in my file and some other forms that is not mine. The lady who registered me on the 22 April 2016 did not put any of the papers I gave her in my file on the system of Dept of Labour. I heard many stories about this thing that is now happening with me and I did not believe it but now I experience it myself. Dept of Labour must start thinking of getting a qualified person in their Bloemfontein branch where we can lock complaints and that person can come down and investigate what is going on.</p>
