Unfairly claimed

I had a daughter who passed away in 2021 then I went and app**** for her uif claims then I lost the papers later after I found them I went back to claim again but they said I should apply for appeal I did that now they are telling me it’s very late meaning I forfeit my deceased daughter’s funds
