Unfair time frame unexplained

Does a claim take 37 days to be processed ...I have called numerous times at call centre all I get is case numbers and when I follow up is resolved without even been contact and the reason is not even helping towards the matter why does it take 37 days to proc as payment on maternity do yol think about the child there's a reason we claim right
