Unfair judgement

I submitted uif claim in Dec 2019 and recieved message below Dear GLORIA MANTSHEKELA. UIF claim received. Progress on claim will be communicated within 35 days. Enquiries contact local Labour Centre . Case No : *** I was given a return date after the period stated on the sms. When I got there I was told application was not validated due to missing bank conformation. I told the consultant all documentation have been submited the she confirmed yes and gave me another return date. I went again still application was not validated, it was just a pillar to post situation. I left and kept calling the call centre for udptes. Lastly i received message below. I went for appeal and was told I have no credits o claim, I can't even appeal. I have to work for 5 years before I can claim since I have claimed uif before

Case No : *** Fact is I work temps and I always pay uif when I'm on a contract. If you tell me I must work for 5 year to qualify for a claims, it makes no sense and sounds unfair because I don't control the situation of getting employed. It's hard to find jobs in South Africa and I need money to hunt for a job and to support my family. Getting nothing from uif is absolutely unfair. I need help in this regard.
