Unfair disapproved

I lost my husband 2021 february 15 , he was working at transnet , i was struggle to he his document to get his document but likely ,i got my documents 11 months before his claims expire i go to UIf claims to a claims his portion they put a claims after three weeks i received a messages that the claims he being expired mind you i they filled the claim before 12 months ,i go to UIf office at Pretoria they i must do appeal because they don't understand why they don't want to pay because it was not yet 12 months the time i apply for UIF claim for my late husband ,i never received any feedup to UIF claim ,i always calk the office ask them about the followed awlway say we will send you a feedback even today i giveup like that my late husband money after so long he was paying UIF my money because i was tired of busy go up down to UIF office withouth help just imagine i lost my husband ,i was stressed, single mother of two kids, up and down but at the end nothing was pay for my late husband money ,so i write this review with a heartbroken after my husband work so many years and paying UIF money at the end when his family supposed to benefit for his money the UiF office dissapoint us ,i wish one day the must go back to all those claims that people apply and didn't received anything and check what was wrong and ask themselves why those people didn't received my money ,and what was the good reason because the reason say i was apply late was not i don't buy it , the date proved everything that i was not late ,just the are people at UIF claims office they don't do their job , i wish department that deal with public they need to respect their job and take their job serious ,their jobs is to helps us not see them modeling if front of us as if their entering miss and mr South Africa competition .
