Unfair deductions

On the 31st I was called to sign for my UIF and told me I was owing R15000 and I have R51000 contributed, I went and sign on the 2nd February 2019, on the 11th February went to query but unfortunately all monies taken which was R9400 , I'm currently not working and a single mother of 3 , I dont have food and electricity and I requested I do arrangements for repayment but I was denied the opportunity, My kids dont have food and sitting in the dark yet UIF has taken all the monies without even discussing with me, They can take all their money and still give me something as I cannot survive with kids and not understanding why money has to be taken without consulting with me or give me an opportunity for repayment as I have enough funds to pay back
