Unexpected service

My wife and I have been struggling with a maternity UIF claim since January 2015. When inquiring about the status 8 weeks later i was informed that the U-19 form went missing and no one at the call centre has been able to assist me up untill the day that i met Phumzile Mavuso who went out of her way to explain the process to me. She even went as far as emailing me additional forms and providing me with information when she said she would. Phumzile is really a wonderful consultant and should be acknowledged for her great service.
