Unemployment Insurance Fund PAYMENT

I have been trying to get a mail from the UIF support department as we are an employer trying to confirm the cash payments we did for an employee. I have sent numerous mails which I have sent to ***. I tried calling the call centre number but it cuts out immediately. It does not even ring! The first mail was read as I got a read receipt but no reply from them. This is unacceptable! How do I now contact to allocate the payment that was done for an employee. Very poor support department!
