Unemployment Insurance Fund

I have submitted my continuation claim on the 3rd of June 2020. It showed online that it has gone to the paymaster. Today is the 19th and I have yet to receive payment. When I submitted it for May 2020, it was paid within 5 days. How is it possible that the department is so slow? Not acceptable.
